After many years of being self-conscious of my teeth and wanting the perfect smile, I finally decided the time had come to do something about it. I chose Dr. Illes and his team because I really couldn't imagine going anywhere else. My treatment was, as always, a very pleasurable experience from Misty's warm welcome to Dr. Matt's perfection. I received the same caring service at every appointment and will definitely miss getting pampered by my favourite team. When the time came to remove my braces and Dr. Matt handed me the mirror, I couldn't even recognize my own teeth, they looked so beautiful and perfect. "Dearest Matt and Misty, It's been 2 months since my accident and when I broke my beautiful teeth, didn't think I would be able to smile again! On the day of the accident I was lucky enough to have found someone open on a Sunday, willing to examine me and take the time to explain my options, but most of all, give me hope on this somewhat painful day. It has been a long road, but I look pretty much like I did before my accident. But my new teeth look better than my real teeth. "Most people think I'm crazy when I tell them that I love going to the dentist. I guess that's because they've had painful and/or anxiety-filled visits throughout the years. Dr. Illes' office is designed to change your opinion about going to the dentist.
Matt is such a caring individual – he takes the time to get to know you before any procedures are done and is ready, willing and able to answer any questions you may have, no matter how silly or trivial you think they may be.
A few years ago I had eight veneers done by another dentist. I had some problems with them shortly afterward. Two had popped out and a couple had chipped. I came to Matt as an emergency patient (on a holiday weekend) and he was able to diagnose my problem with the veneers immediately. He fixed the one that had popped out and also took the time to tell me why I was having such problems. I couldn't believe that a dentist I had just met could diagnose the problem in the course of an emergency visit that my regular dentist hadn't been able to over the course of the previous year!! I immediately put my trust in Matt and I left that day with a very hopeful outlook. Through the course of a few visits he worked diligently on improving my bite. I can't believe the difference now in the way my teeth feel in my mouth!!
Matt is a perfectionist and he will do exactly what is best for you. Matt and Misty make a
wonderful team. You'll never find two more caring people. Even my husband (who had the
biggest fear of dentists ever!!) is now extremely relaxed in Matt's dentist chair. That, in itself,
has been a major draw!!"
