Problem:
This patient came to us seeking to eliminate the brownish discolouration present on his upper and lower teeth. He was born with hypo-calcified enamel which gradually discoloured over time. Some spacing was present between the teeth and that, combined with wear to the edges of the teeth, gave a worn "aged" look to this 22 year old.

Solution:
A beautiful and more youthful smile was restored. Eight upper anterior crowns and six lower anterior crowns were utilized to eliminate the discoloured area and rebuild tooth form. The restorations were a combination of all-ceramic and porcelain fused to gold crowns. The stronger porcelain fused to gold crowns were utilized in the cuspid regions. All of these restorations utilized porcelain margins, and as a result will never show the dark lines of metal margins.
