Appointments
An appointment on our schedule is a promise we will be here to serve you. Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payments
Interac, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are welcomed. As a convenience we offer assistance in the preparation of your insurance claim forms, however, you are ultimately responsible for payments.

Your First Visit
An initial consultation is an easy way to explore your options. We will review your dental records, x-rays and any referral instructions from your dentist if this material is available. Afterwards, we will perform our own examination complete with photos, additional x-rays and impressions (if necessary) to address your dental concerns. We will then reappoint you for a follow-up consultation to review our findings and discuss treatment.

Your second visit will allow us an opportunity to properly address your questions, discuss all your treatment options, including the risks and benefits, as well as review our fees. Our goal to make your experience at our office as pleasant as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us, either by phone or e-mail.
